As we look to 2025, I want to highlight two topics – omnichannel and data – and two numbers that you should know.   

Omnichannel car buying is that seamless and connected online to offline experience that many consumers tell us they want.   

65 percent of shoppers are likely to make their next purchase using an omnichannel experience.  

Consumer expectations about the car buying process continue to evolve, and as an industry, we must, too. That’s why we recently unveiled Retail360, a new omnichannel approach for your business to enable every path to purchase.
